Container Filling
Aust-Mech offer a large range of equipment for bulk filling shipping containers. Our range includes both container inverters and horizontal container stuffers.
CONTAINER INVERTERS:

HORISONTAL CONTAINER STUFFERS:
- Conveyor or auger feeder units.
- High capacity filling – up to 7 tonnes per minute.
- Telescoping or fixed feeder conveyor/auger.
- Sideways, angular, radial and height adjustable feeder conveyor/auger.
- Auger types equipped with motor load sensing to enable pressure filling of container and provide auto retracting or sound and light signal to truck driver as container fills.
- Conveyor types equipped with level sensing switch to enable maximum fill in container and provide auto retracting or sound and light signal to truck driver as container fills.
- Spring loaded impact absorbing mount to guard against collision damage between auger and container.
- Mobile or fixed location units.
- Instantly relocatable units – Mounted on fully road registerable tandem axle chassis for running between sites.
- Fully automated filling – Conveyor/Auger hopper can be equipped with extended sides and level monitor to permit automatic control of silo/feed hopper outlet
